I understand people, understand business, and I understand life.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked in small businesses as a trusted member of senior teams. I’ve seen the impact Life Coaching in the workplace has on employee engagement, motivation, performance, and business outcomes. 

I’ve been a sounding board, providing counsel to founders, MDs, and key individuals on every aspect of running a successful business, through the challenges that every successful business navigates.

Having almost twenty years of agency HR & Operations understanding, creative agencies (PR in particular) are my super specialism. Supporting senior teams the hospitality industry is my other passion.
