The four day recharge experience came at exactly the right time in my life. I’m in my 50s and in the process of selling my business. I was very much at a cross roads wondering how I would even begin to work out what I want next from life. I went in with a very open mind, unsure what to expect.

My primary goal was to quieten the constant noise in my head to give me space to think. The four days at Watergate Bay was truly magical.

Kate is sensitive and thoughtful and gently encouraged us all to be honest and to identify what motivates us in life and what’s holding us back. I was so nervous about opening up and being vulnerable in front of strangers but Kate so quickly put all of us at ease. We formed a bond so strong that we are still messaging each other, still supporting each other and sharing our learnings about ourselves. 

I genuinely feel like I’ve had a factory reset. My mind feels more ordered and quieter. My purpose feels better defined and I have so much more confidence to crack on with the next phase in my life. I genuinely feel quite evangelical about this process that Kate has shared with us and would 100% recommend this experience to anyone wanting clarity in their life. Kate is utterly brilliant and I feel so lucky to have met her.
